Kayla Tirrell is a classic example of avid reader turned writer. Kayla, author of the River Valley Lost & Found series, is enamored with writing love stories.
Her newest work is set to be published in the upcoming anthology, The Art of Taking Chances. Kayla attributes her fascination of enemies falling for each other, for inspiring the creation of her short story, “(Not So) Perfect Chemistry.”
After a text message started a friendship-ending feud, Jessi and Mason have never been the same. When these friends turned enemies are assigned as chemistry lab partners, they must learn how to forgive before they combust.
Kayla jumped at the chance to get inside the heads of her feuding characters to write the story. The longtime Lakeland resident is currently cooking up more novel ideas to please her growing fanbase. She encourages fans to follow her Facebook page, Kayla Tirrell Writes. Fans can also find her on Instagram @thatstirrellble.
